Interval Training

60 minutes of hard work and fun with this combination class! Step aerobics for cardio and strength training moves in 3 1/2 minute intervals will definitely burn calories and tone your body at the same time. Men and women, and all fitness levels (beginners ask instructor for modifications) are encouraged to try this class!
