Join us on September 27–28, 2025, at Fusion Fest for the South Bend Sneaker Art Competition, a creative showdown for middle and high school students. Participants will have one hour to transform a high-top canvas sneaker using materials provided by Venues, Parks & Arts.
Top five winners from each age group will earn a trip to the NCAA Men’s Basketball Final Four in Indianapolis in April 2026, where they’ll represent South Bend in a three-city Sole Art contest against students from Evansville and Indianapolis. Travel, accommodations, and food vouchers for each winner and one guardian or teacher will be provided.
Only 40 entries per group will be accepted. Applications are available on the VPA website or through your school’s art teacher and must be submitted by September 13, 2025, with required signatures. Let your creativity hit the canvas—of a sneaker!
