Aqua Aerobics

Enjoy the healthful benefits of Aquacise! You do not need to know how to swim to enjoy these classes. These classes are taught by certified instructors, benefit the participant's cardiovascular system and provide an overall feeling of well-being. Water adds resistance to the exercise routine while buoyancy makes the work seem effortless.


Summer classes are drop-in only as they are are outside and weather-dependent,

Class will not be held if the temperature is 67 degrees or less and/or there are less than three participants.


Classes are $4/person with an option to buy a coupon book of 10 classes for $30.
