Children’s Arts in the Park

Children’s Arts in the Park Children will have fun with FREE interactive games and presentations, educational activities, and art projects. Children must be accompanied by a chaperone. 2018 schedule:June 14: Get crafty and play games with the St. Joseph County Public Library. Children will make an all-ages art project, listen to a story, and engage with each other in fun and games.June 21: Have a great time and be entertained with a magic show by Abracadabra Magic.July 19: Participate in creating a piece of art with USGA that will be on-site at the 40th Senior Open in June of 2019.July 26: Bring out your inner artist with arts and activities with the South Bend Museum of Art.August 9: Have fun with Mr. Dan, The Music Man! His highly interactive “Get Up and MOVE” show will have kids dancing and singing for the rest of the day. Get ready to dance, shout, and sing this summer in the park!August 16: This program will engage all five senses with a fun sensory activity, geared toward pre-school aged children. Where is Children’s Arts in the Park occurring? Children’s Arts in the Park occurs at Chris Wilson Pavilion at Potawatomi Park. Chris Wilson Pavilion at Potawatomi Park is located at 500 S. Greenlawn Ave, South Bend, IN 46615. Programs are aimed for children, and all programs are free and open to the public. When is Children’s Arts in the Park occurring?
