Pinhook Lagoon forms the scenic backdrop for this year-round facility that will hold 150 people for private parties. Tables, chairs and a small kitchen are available to use. The facility must be cleaned up and secured by midnight. Not available for rent on Major Holidays.Public Events must get permission from the Park Board of Commissioners.Side Note: The Charles Black and Martin Luther King Jr. Centers also have rooms for rent, interested parties must contact the centers for more information. Who is eligible to reserve this space? Anyone over the age of 21 is eligible to reserve the venue. When can the venue be rented? Reservations can be made only in the current year. What are rental fees? Hourly rate is $60 per hour (4 hour minimum) plus tax, plus $100 Security Deposit. Day rate is $500 plus tax, plus $100 Security Deposit. The 4 hour minimum is required as payment to hold a date. Prices are subject to change. How can I request more information on reserving the space?
