Igniting spirit, teamwork, and confidence in young cheerleaders!
South Bend Spark is a high-energy cheerleading program designed for youth in grades K–5, focusing on teamwork, confidence, and community spirit. Participants will learn age-appropriate cheer routines, chants, basic stunts, and performance skills in a fun, supportive environment. The program aims to build physical coordination, self-esteem, and a strong sense of community while promoting positive attitudes and leadership on and off the floor.
Program Dates: October 6 – December 13
Practice Location: Howard Park Event Center
Performances: Saturday mornings at the MLK Dream Center during the VPA Youth Basketball League
Practice Schedule: One-hour practices; Grades K-1 Tuesdays, Grades 2-3 Wednesdays, Grades 4-5 Thursdays (all subject to change, based on registration) Note: No practices or performances on November 11 in honor of Veterans' Day or during the week of Thanksgiving.
Cost: $55 per participant
Includes: T-shirt and pom poms to keep! Please choose uniform sizes carefully. No exchanges or changes can be made after submission.
