Flow, sip, and unwind with us for a special Sip & Flow yoga session Saturday evening honoring the life of beloved instructor Kay Woods.
Start the evening with a yoga session designed for all experience levels, then stay for drinks, light bites, and a relaxed evening vibes. We'll kick things off with a sunset flow, then settle into an evening with great people, good conversation, and a welcoming atmosphere. It's a chance to slow down, enjoy the moment, and celebrate the positive energy and lasting impact Kay brought to so many lives.
Come as you are, bring a friend, and settle into an evening of movement, memories, and good vibes.
