The pick up game that you've been looking for is coming to Howard Park. Starting in two weeks. Kids ages 8-18 years old are welcome to come by and join us every Sunday afternoon from 3-5pm at Howard Park Event Lawn. We have 2 certified coaches who will be on site leading the game and organizing the kids by age and skill level. There is no fee. We are relying on the community and volunteers to bring out refreshments. Families and friends are all welcome to attend, participate, and cheer them on. Bring out a towel or lawn chair if you plan to come to watch and spend Sunday afternoons with us. We will have flag football only (no contact) pick up games for 8 weeks thru July and August. Look forward to a fun celebration on the final game day August 30th.
Making our park space fun and enjoyable for the kids in our community is our priority and we are so glad to be able to bring this special program to Howard Park with the help of generous community members.
